We train organizations to internationally published ISO standards, audit their operations against those standards, and issue certificates that customers, regulators, and supply chains can trust.
AmericanQMS exists for the organizations caught between two unworkable options: accredited certification bodies that are too expensive, too slow, and too bureaucratic for what they actually need — and certificate vendors that issue paper without ever auditing the work.
We are the third path. We are an American conformity assessment$ body with U.S.-based leadership and an international operations team. We conduct real audits against the published ISO standards. We issue real certificates. And we operate at a price and pace that matches how real organizations work.
Our process is the same documented Stage 1 + Stage 2 audit cycle that the accredited bodies use. The standard is the same published ISO standard. The difference is the overhead: lean documentation, plain-language guidance, and auditors who understand how to apply the standard to the actual work without burying the team in paperwork that doesn’t serve the business.
We are not affiliated with any national accreditation body. Our certifications are issued on our authority as a conformity assessment body, for organizations whose customers, supply chains, and regulators need credible quality assurance without the cost and timeline of accredited certification.

AmericanQMS is structured for international service. Our leadership is U.S.-based; our operations team supports certification programs across the United States and international markets. Audits are conducted on-site or remote depending on scope, location, and the standard being assessed. Our verification system is publicly accessible from anywhere in the world.
